"How to use these"

Media can be prepared in microwave.  All everything but agar.  Adjust pH to desired
level.  Add agar and microwave for 5 minutes.  Stir and microwave another 5 minutes.
Agar should be completely melted.  Microwave longer if needed.  Pour about 10 ml per tube.     Put caps on loosely.   Autoclave for 15-20 minutes.  Agitate after removing from pressure cooker
to mix agar.   Cool.
